KEENSWAG SHOPPING GUIDE
If one is used to shopping online, using the Keenspot PayPal store should be a piece of cake. We know this isn't the case for everyone, however, so we have provided this comprehensive guide to shopping at our store.
Of course, if you'd prefer not to order online at all, there are other options.
Finding Products
First, find the product you wish to purchase. If you're looking for products for a specific comic, click on "Swag by Comic" link in the sidebar, find the appropriate comic, and follow the link. You should be able to find all available Keenspot-made products for that comic there. If you're just looking for a particular type of product, such as shirts, books, or toys, click on the appropriate sidebar link.

Books, Shirts, Toys, and Comic Books: Every product of the specified type available from Keenspot.
Combo Deals: Every combo deal available through Keenspot. Combo deals are special offers involving multiple products sold as a single item at a discounted price. Combo deals might also be listed in other product type sections if all products in the combo deal are the same type of product (all books, toys, etc).

Shirt Sizes and Colors
If ordering a t-shirt, you will need to specify a size by selecting the size you want from the dropdown menu. If there are a variety of colors available for a particular t-shirt, the dropdown menu will also select which color you want to order.
The plus sizes for shirts (2XL, 3XL, and 4XL) cost extra, which is why there are two sets of buttons and dropdowns for most shirts. Which button and which dropdown you use will depend on the sizes you wish to order. Each dropdown menu corresponds to the button that's below it.
Shirts sized small, medium, large, or XL: use the first dropdown menu and button.

Shirts sized 2XL, 3XL, or 4XL: use the second dropdown menu and button.

If a particular shirt size is out of stock, it will be removed from the dropdown menu.
The Shopping Cart - Add to Cart Buttons
When shopping at the Keenspot store, and most other online stores, you add items to your "shopping cart" before you actually buy anything. That way, you can place orders for multiple items, revise your order before buying, etc.
To add an item to your shopping cart, click on an add to cart button. Which button you'll need to use will depend on where you'll be shipping your order to. If shipping to the United States of America, you will need to click on the United States buttons. If your order will need to be shipped to Canada or Mexico, use the Canada / Mexico buttons. If your order will need to be shipped to somewhere other than the United States, Canada, or Mexico, you will need to use the International buttons.
After clicking on an add to cart button, your shopping cart should open up in a new window, and the item you added should be listed.
Note that the e-mail address shown at the top should be keenspot@keenspot.com. The number listed below the product name is that product's id number. Most of the other information displayed should be self-explanatory, but here are explanations for the buttons:
Update Cart: If you've changed the value in the quantity column, this will change how many copies of that item will be in your shopping cart. If you've checked the "remove" column, that item will be removed. Beyond that, this just makes sure you're looking at the most recent version of your shopping cart.
Continue Shopping: This should return you to the store window without closing the shopping cart window. You can then look for more items to add to the shopping cart. Nothing bad will happen if you close the shopping cart window; it will remember what items should be in there when you return to it.
Secure Checkout: If you're done selecting items for purchase and want to order, this is the button you need to click.
Completing Your Order
When it comes time to complete your order, you'll need to return to the shopping cart window. If you've closed that window, click on one of the "View Cart" buttons found at the top and bottom of the product listings:
From the shopping cart window, click on the Secure Checkout button. Review the summary of information, and if it is correct, you're ready to finalize your order. If you have a PayPal account, click Continue. If you do not have a PayPal account, or would just rather pay for your order by credit card, there is a button in the middle of the page for that says to use it if you don't have a PayPal Account.
Whichever checkout method you choose, fill out the forms and follow the instructions that are provided by PayPal, and that will complete your order. Happy shopping!
